There’s good stress…and then there’s bad stress - here's how to keep it in check

1. Take a power nap.

2. Take up a new project or craft hobby - and blog about it.

3. Drink some green tea (but make sure it's decaf). You can get 20 Clipper Decaffeinated Green Teabags for £1 at Tesco.

4. Heat relaxes muscles - so have a hot bath.

5. De-clutter your home or work desk.

6. Go for a run outdoors - 20-minutes a day helps to boost endorphins and reduce stress.

7. Take a lunch break away from your desk - take a break from your to-do list.
